The Kef KHT2005.3 is a complete Home Entertainment set consisting of 4 surround speakers plus identical center speaker and a completely new active subwoofer. Complete system with level control, transfer setting, phase correction and high quality connections. The new Kef KHT 2005.3 builds on the success of its highly praized predecessor. While maintaining its beautiful appearance, the latest technological insights have been used in this new tour de force by KEF. It has an even better detail than previously and a low reproduction that is breath taking for this segment: "simply brilliant". With the KUBE2 subwoofer, KEF uses new technology: no longer large woofers in big cabinets. Because, what are we really dealing with? To move as much air as possible in a cabinet that is as small as possible, in a controlled way. That is exactly what KEF does with the KUBE2. A 250mm active woofer next to a 250mm passive unit results in a huge moving surface. A closed cabinet of only 23 litres that is virtually free of resonance. And above that, an energy saving digital amplifier of 200 watts. With all these new techniques, no wonder the final result is so convincing. The integration is exemplary, and the 'power' of this sub is unequalled.
