The 5 channel Denon AVR-1611 is derived from its award winning predecessor, but offers better performances at the same price. Most striking aspect, is that this newcomer is provided with both Full 3D video connections and 3D surround sound options. Moreover, the Denon AVR-1611 receiver is provided with, for example, HDMI conversion, comfortable On-Screen Displays and simple operation. Some improvements for all new Denon receivers are the HDMI v-1.4a Repeater inputs with 3D (all 3D formats), Audio Return Channel (ARC) and CEC (Consumer Electronics Control). The Denon AVR-1611 does not only support Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio and other HD Audio formats, but also Dolby Pro Logic IIz for extensive vertical and horizontal spatial performances at the front, the essence of 3D sound as complement to the exciting 3D video.
