Onkyo A-9070

Stereo Amplifier

The Onkyo A-9070 is a very powerful stereo amplifier with built in DACs to support digital sources. With this amplifier, Onkyo managed to reduce distortion to an absolute minimum. Responsible for this is Onkyo's new DIDRC circuit (Dynamic Intermodulation Distortion Reduction Circuitry.) In order to be able to guarantee the refinement in sound, HICC technology (High Instantaneous-Current Capability) was used, as well as a very solid, vibration reducing construction.

And we should not forget to mention the power that the Onkyo A-9070 is able to supply. With 140 watts per channel, the Onkyo A-9070 is able to provide a powerful reproduction of the most dynamic pieces of music. This high output is made possible through a large and heavy power supply and no less than four elcos of 15,000 µF.

In addition to connecting 4 analogue sources and a record player, the Onkyo A-9070 also enables the use of digital sources (1 optical and 2 coax inputs.) This is made possible by two Wolfson® 192 kHz/24 bit DACs for the left and right channel respectively.

You can set the Onkyo A-9070 in such a way that you can use it in different ways. For instance, you can choose to use it as integrated amplifier, pre-amplifier or power amplifier.
