Nordost manufactures most of its cables by hand. By means of a very accurate Teflon extrusion, the mutual influences between the guides are prevented. The audible distortion that occurs through skin effect and magnetic interactions is also reduced.The insulation of extrusion Teflon and the guide with 50 micron silver-plated OFC, together form an information transport reaching up to 93% of the relative light speed.Set of 2 meters
