Denon DP-A100
Record player
In order to honour the first Denon Direct Drive turntable of 40 years ago, we now have the Denon DP-A100. Also directly driven, but benefiting from 4 decades of technical developments. This record player needs the DL-A100 element in order to get the best from grammophone records. The Denon DP-A100 is a high quality record player using the Direct-Drive techniques that Denon has had experience with for more than 40 years. This element was also made in honour of a previous model. In 1961 Denon developed the DL-103 element, specifically for the Japanese NHK broadcasting cooperation. This element was able to play stereo long player records in a beautiful and reliable way. The '2010' DL-A100 is similar to its standard model, except in a ‘reborn’ version (in Denon’s own words) with the latest soundwise customization.
