Exclusive Tractrix® horns have always been the key component of this critically acclaimed series. In the Klipsch RF-52, this technology has been refined, and the design of the throat has been improved for a more realistic sound. Behind the horns you will find a 1 inch titanium tweeter with a powerful neodymium motor construction, which offers a unique combination of precision, clarity and relaxed dynamics. The Klipsch RF-52 has two 5.25 inch woofers offering a solid foundation for the lower tones. These Cerametallic™ woofers with inverted copper dust cap, have a very high stiffness-to-mass ratio and superior damping characteristics. The rigid cabinet of the Klipsch RF-52 improved internal cross-bracing to minimize panel vibrations that could colour the sound, and a rear-firing port to eliminate turbulance noise. More ribs in the sound board in the lower panel and surrounding the horn mouth, will provide a striking improvement of acoustics across the complete sonic range. For a clear signal and perfect driver integration, the crossover of the Klipsch RF-52 has the best components and the special internal wiring by Klipsch. The Klipsch RF-52 is available in a black woodgrain vinyl finish, and has a magnetically attached grille with low diffraction, which will further accentuate this elegant loudspeaker.
