As compromise is not an option, the Reference Series RW-10d Digitally Controlled Subwoofer (DCS™) will add a hard-hitting dose of 'realism' to your favourite music and films. With its superior technology and very solid construction, this loudspeaker will surely catch your eye. The RW-10d brings life by means of a 10 inch front-firing Cerametallic™ woofer and a 260 watt RMS amplifier. Thanks to the exclusive Corner Port™ technology, the port tube of the subwoofer can be as long as possible without bending, preventing turbulance, which could cause port noise and distortion. As a result, the cabinet can also be adjusted to a lower frequency than would otherwise be possible, so that a deeper bass is created from a smaller cabinet. Another important element is an angular flange at the internal opening of the port, reinforcing the benefits of a longer port. For fast and easy adjustment of all functions, the RSW-10d provides the DCS digital user interface with three equalization modes (flat, depth, and punch) and three user adjustable presets (music, film and night), to create specific listening preferences. This extraordinary subwoofer is available in a black woodgrain finish and also has an IR sensor allowing control through a 'learning' remote control or control system.
