The new Yamaha Aventage RX-A60 series av receivers places the listener in the middle of the action like never before. They offer the latest audio-technology and provide life-like playback. The serie's entry model is the RX-A660. It offers 7.2 channels, 4 hdmi inputs, 4K UHD, HDR, BT.2020, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. The RX-A660 has 80 Watts output per channel (8 ohm , 2 ch driven) and has an extra bass function for smaller speakers and high res audio.
The RX-A860 also offers 7.2 channels but has 2 extra hdmi inputs, a phono stage, YPAO optimalization with RSC and an extra audio zone. Output of 100 Watts per Channel (8 ohm, 2 ch driven)
The most versatile 7.2 channel receiver of the series is the RX-A1060. With eight hdmi inputs, advanced ESS Sabre DAC, equalizer, second video output and 110 Watts per channel make for an excellent jack of all trades.
For a 5.1.4 or 7.1.2 system, the 9.2 channel Yamaha RX-A2060 is a good option. With the same ESS Sabre DAC and all features of the RX-A1060 this receiver will satisfy most home theater enthousiasts.
The flagship of the RX-A60 series, is the Yamaha RX-A3060. Essentialy a 9.2 channel receiver, but with an extra stereoreceiver you can go upto 11.2 channels. With a 32 bit DAC, PLL finetuning, Cinema DSP HD and 150 Watts per channel (8 Ohm, 2 ch driven) you will bring home a moviestar.
